How Many Multivitamins Do You Take Per Day?

My doctor says I should take two per day. It's rather interesting. Just curious to see what everybody takes.

I take a multivitamin twice a day, vitamin d weekly & B12 daily.

I take 2 Flintstone complete chewables a day and 4 calcium citrate petites twice a day. I space them out though.

Morning: 1 Flintstone chewable

Lunch: 2 calcium citrate's

PM snack: 2 calcium citrate's

Dinner: 1 Flintstone chewable

My doctor use to recommend the chocolate calcium chewable, but something about it being calcium carbonate, she had me switch to calcium citrate. Something about it absorbs better into the body. Also be sure not to take the calcium and MV together. The iron interferes with the calcium absorption. Always make sure they are at least 2 hours apart. Also, the body cannot absorb more than 500mg of calcium at one time so be sure to spread those out too.
