No Restriction With 13 Mls Of Fluid In Band

I am almost 2 years post-op from my 2nd nad (first one slipped). I have 13 mls in my band and still have no restriction. I constantly feel bloated in my chest cavity, but my doctor says this is not due to the band. My first band was a 6 ml band. This one is a 14 ml band. Has anyone had issues like this?

But I only have 1 cc left! My doctor did an EGD to make sure there was not erosion and it looked fine on the inside. I can eat anything I want without any problem, but about an hour after I eat I have chest pain and feel very bloated in the chest cavity, not my belly - even to the point that my bra gets too tight. I am so frustrated. I was 10 pounds away from my goal with the first band and have now gained about 25 lbs back.
