I used it for a long time after my surgery, but kinda stopped about three weeks ago, just got out of the habit, I need to get back on board. It would be fun to join a friend group on there, maybe we could get a group of people from here to do it.

I use it all the time. It really helps me keep on track.

There is nothing I put in my mouth that I don't log.

I think their exercise calories are really high though... I usually shave a few off.
