can anyone guide me as to which was the best anthem plan for lapband? i would like to find someone to talk to at anthem but can't seem to find a phone number...so if you could share which plan you are on or an approximate cost per month, this would be helpful....thanks,

I am using anthem BCBS and I am located in OK I am not usre if they are best I havne't finished all the requirements for me to submit to my insurance compnay I do know they do not require a medically supervised 6ms diet. I just had to report all the diets I have tried over the years I won't submit unitl July due to my last appt exam is scheduled 18JUL good luck..

I am on an Anthem BCBS national plan through kroger and it's a pretty decent plan.
