Chest Pain. One Month Post Op. Nothing Stuck

Ugh. I've had a sharp pain in my chest for three days now. Got an X-ray and first fill yesterday so we know nothing is stuck. Been taking gas x and walking. Not helping. Not sure it's gas but don't know what else it could be. Anyone??
