Yes. What dosage of Biotin? I take 5000 mg pill is tick tack size.

I take one biotin a day and it is 10000 milagrams. That's what my nutritionist suggested.

My hair is falling out too. I have been taking biotin for about 3 weeks. I figure that isn't long enough to tell a difference though.
