  • 5cc was put in my band at surgery. So I have no idea if i'll ever need a fill

  • I cannot quote for some reason, but the gauging of how the band working is not if you can eat chicken, bread, or salad. You are looking for smaller portions and longer satisfaction, not the eliminatio

I am at 5cc's and at first, I felt the restriction, but it's been a little over a month and I get hungry pretty quick now. But then again I have also noticed lately that there are days when I can only eat a couple bites and feel like it is stuck in my throat and then a day or two later I can pretty much eat what I want again. Not sure why it does that, unless it has something to do with the warmer weather we have had this past week swelling the band more?

I got my first fill of 5cc yesterday. I on liquids until 1pm today then I can began trying solids and see if I get any restriction.

I was banded 5/3 and got my first fill yesterday of 5cc's. Finally my appetite is much smaller and I am not hungry for four hours...I am surprised that I can eat salad, bread and chicken though...maybe I still need more fluid...

Ok..well I guess this fill is good then because I feel full alot longer...havnt been thinking about food as much...I think tomorrow I will start really measuring again my portion

my first fill was to 5 ccs. I thought that was a a lot. It really worked though and I had great restriction. Since then the fills have been very small like .5 ccs at a time

Today I feel less restriction and took more to fill me and was hungry sooner...I heard someone say you can get restriction from a fill even weeks later and that day to day may vary?
