I was told to take chewable calicum 2 xs a day and a chewable vitimin. They said could be flintstones but i got the centrum silver chewables. Its for 50 plus but figured would be ok for me as well.

Countrylife has a liquid vitamin that is awesome. its called a liquid multi. you can get it at whole foods or vitamins world

My clinic has us taking Bariatric advantage multivitamins and calcium supplements the first 90 days. They say after that they help you find more affordable alternatives.

I currently take a Nature Made multi, a Flintstones chewable, 2 Citracal Petites, a Nature Made Biotin 5000mcg, and Philips' Colon Health. My doctor pushes the Bariatric Advantage, but we don't have to take chewables. The Colon Health is fabulous for helping with gas!
