Gurgling After Food & Drink

Just got my 3rd fill on Friday .5 cc. I have total fill of 3.5 cc in a 10cc band. I am gurgling with everything I eat and drink. I also have a bad sinus infection. I'm wondering if I'm too tight or if the sinus drainage is causing the gurgling?
