Kel... Because of your previous problems I would suggest that you ask your doctor before trying any herbal or OTC medication or supp. The Hoodia doesn't make my heart race like the Metablolite did but it does give me a feeling of chest pressure and leaves me feeling a little jittery. Promise me you ask your doc first...??????

I had been under the impression that you need a passport now to get into Tijuana, and the costs of that, the trip, and the fill combined have made me resist scheduling an appointment. Now that I've ordered the hoodia spray, I find that the law for passports into Tijuana hasn't passed yet. Go figure.

ok so after about 4 months of no weight loss, and actually a few pound gain, I'm on day 3 of the hoodia spray. It seems to increase my restriction so far. That may or may not change once I take it a while, but so far it's helping. I purchased mine on ebay, at about $6.99 plus $5 shipping. It recommends 3 sprays 30 minutes before a meal. I also get the diet pill jitters a little bit. I'm only using it once a day so far, first thing in the morning. I am prone to cardiac pvc's with too much caffeine or lack of sleep so I was a little worried this would cause it too. It hasn't yet.

Is it still working for any of you?

Did anyone else have the experience of taking Hoodia and it making them much, much hungrier? I did! I took it pre-band, and even tried about four different brands. Every brand had the same effect: I was STARVING about one half hour after I took it. I mean, it was like it had the EXACT opposite effect on me! I kept trying different brands, hoping one would work, but I ended up eating way more each time I took it, and actually gained weight. It was bizarre, like someone switched on a hunger switch in my brain. I became ravenous and could not stop eating. I have even done Web searches on this, but all I can find is people who love it and who it works for. Oh well... (it was actually one of my "last straws" before signing up for the band seminar, so maybe it did some good in the long run!)

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
