Before After & A Few In-Betweens?

Is anyone on here going to post before and after photos? I love looking at them as it gives me inspiration. It's great watching to process. I still need to take mine, just not sure I want to post them yet. Maybe after I lose a few lbs.

Also... filling in your profiles? yes? no? maybe"

Input?

j~

  • I posted a recent before pic. I usually avoid photos and long mirrors like the plague, but I'm forcing myself to look at it. Never again will I look like that. I think I'm going to take a pic every 25

momab,

I wish I could help you out on the photos but I haven't figured that one out yet.

The tracker is on Tickerfactory.com OR myfitnesspal.com

I think if you look for the tracking weight loss tools on those sites you get a "code" you can paste here on your signature line under your profile page. I'm sure there are lots of ppl who can give you better directions. I just mess around with things until I figure it out.

anyone else?

 Thanks Scorpio, got it

awesome!

My doc took a before pic...but I think I may take one at home to...just so I can have one. LIke a few others mentioned...I think I will wait until there is a little difference before I post my before...so I can put an after with it.

I find others' photos to be quite motivating, too. I love to see and read about their successes!

I haven't decided yet if I am taking a photo. I'm leaning toward probably not.

Regarding my profile, I haven't decided yet about that either but it's more of a "maybe."

I posted a recent before pic. I usually avoid photos and long mirrors like the plague, but I'm forcing myself to look at it. Never again will I look like that. I think I'm going to take a pic every 25 lbs or so. The amazing shrinking Summer or something :)
