How much water can you drink at a time? I'm having trouble drinking 64oz a day. Can you stretch it if you drink too fast? Thanks!

Now that I have restriction, I have a hard ass time getting 64 oz in a day too. I actually count my grape juice/V8 as liquid. I can't really eat/drink anything till after 11am or so so it's tough.

I can feel the liquids too especially the cold ones. I was curious about stretching the pouch too. I am a habitual guzzler but I have worked on slowing down.

Liquids won't stretch your pouch. It actually takes a lot of work to do so. Liquids leave the pouch pretty quickly. Think of a funnel. Unless it is totally closed on the bottom, the fluid will drain out in fairly short order.

Thanks! That helps! I was worried about it:)
