Bad Hair

I started taking Biotin the day I got home from the hospital cause I wasn't taking any chances with my hair.. my protein intake has always been great, taking my multi vit, now 16 months later my hair is starting to be .. not thin but damaged feeling.. broken, not nice and silky anymore. I just went to get it cut thinking it was dead ends.. she took about 2 inches and still dosnt feel any better. Any ideas? sad.png

I know for myself at times, I have too much vitamins/minerals and my hair gets oil/flakey (at least in my mind) so I switch shampoos for a month or two . take my vitamins every onther day and it normally does the trick.

I tried biotin, protein, iron, nioxin products,......everything....even rigain. Nothing helped. I had quite a bit of hairloss the first year.

I think my hair did get better on it's own, but I have been taking the hair, skin and nails chews from GNC and think they might have helped my hair feel healthy, silky, and thicker again. I have been taking them for a couple months now. (1 every day)

My hair has been falling out, I hate that! Taking biotin and daily vitamin. May need more! Any suggestions?
