Working Out After 12-Hour Shifts

Does anyone have any advice for working out after a 12-hour shift? I feel so beat/tired while working three 12-hour shifts overnight (usually in a row), so I was wondering if anyone did anything to energize themselves?

Could you sleep first then get up and workout?? Working out gives me energy for the rest of the day.

couldnt you take short mini walks at work, I know I do, I walk things out to offices that are in our complex, on my break I take a 15 minute brisk walk, timed myself so I knew how far out to walk so I could come back in time. every little bit helps. I think if you work after being so tired you really arent helping yourself, cuz you will be tired for the following day. Good luck.. teeth_smile.gif
