Give it time and don't drive yourself nutts weighing yourself. It seemed that I gained two pounds a week after my adjustment then a week later I was down 9 pounds. Everyone is unique of course. I say don't weigh in more than once a week. It will mess with your head! Good luck to you and congrats on your significant weight loss already!

Thank you I try to stay away from the scales to stay focus but every now and then you hop on ,this is my 4th filler i believe and my doctor did an adjustment check to make sure everything was ok since I hadnt lost any weight in 2 months I will say im totally bummed but I will try to stay focused thank you again

the scale is the devil in my house! i have broken a scale from throwing it down the stairs. LOL. i was soooo obsessed with the scale weighing everyday, several times a day. but i finally figured out that since i work out 4-5 times a week and i was losing inches and gaining muscle mass. muscle is heavier than fat so that's why the scale wasnt moving. eventually it did start moving, but i lost clothing sizes before the scale really moved. so try and see if you're losing inches. best wishes!
