  2. ive been stuck at 46 lbs for the last 3 months but iknow with me i lost my focus ,I had never had any problems with eating and felt i could eat whatever as well but the last month I to had alot of chest pain and would vomit more than i have the whole surgery so ive really put myself back on focus drink alot of fluid only eating 3 meals a day and eating slow plus ive really been watching my carb intake im really feeling so much better so maybe try changing up what your doing eat slower and cut out carbs also i just started the myfitnesspal.com and track everything i eat and so far i love it

I had mine done the end of june lost about 46 lbs but have platued the last 3 months it's nice i havent put anything on but it's hard so maybe just refocus yourself eat slower ,portion and plan your meals out thats what im doing so i'll see in 5 weeks so try to stick to your meals dont drink before of while your eating hopefully this helps
  4. well if it makes you feel any better I have plateaued for the last 3 months I saw my doctor yesterday I lost .8 lbs, (but i have not gained any)I had my surgery in late june and im only down 46 pounds , so i am right there with ya the most important thing though my doctor asked me was what is my ultimate goal I say 50 more pounds but at the end it's to feel better and be healthier he says focus on that not on the numbers and with that I do actually feel so much better., I feel more focused and the last 2 days im sticking to my 3 meals no snacking and I feel positive . Do you snack between meals and do you eat more than 4oz of food at a time?

I feel the same way I actually work with a girl who had it done 3 months after me and shes down like 5 sizes where im down a size and then not losing any weight for 2 months I have been feeling very down today so dont feel your being a downer im glad I came to this sight which I just came on today cause I as well felt at a tremendous lose and that im the only one this isn't working on ,im trying to stay very positive but i feel at a loss as well i see my doctor early march so im trying to stay at the gym and do my best to stay 3 meals a day just know your not alone

Oh im in the same boat I had mine the end of june 2011 im down 45lb and havent lost any weight the last to months ive been going to the gym and trying to stay on the 3 meals with no snacking but I had a filler a week ago and as of today I still havent lost any weight I wonder as well is it what im eating or what its made me sad
  7. I had mine done the end of june and was hopeing to be down 60 im only down 45 and havent lost any weight the last 2 months I totally know how your feeling in a way I feel sad and discouraged but im going to try to stay positive and focused youll be ok

Thank you I try to stay away from the scales to stay focus but every now and then you hop on ,this is my 4th filler i believe and my doctor did an adjustment check to make sure everything was ok since I hadnt lost any weight in 2 months I will say im totally bummed but I will try to stay focused thank you again

I had my surgery in late june im down 45 pounds but have hit a plattue Igot back on track only having 3 meals a day and no snacking and ive been hitting the gym 3/4 times a week in the first week since my adjustment I still havent lost any weight and im feeling very sad and discouraged can anyone give me any advice on what to do
