I would be thrilled with 20 pounds. Be proud.

Certainly be proud! Own it Blue! I was only down 13 my first month, 18 by the second month. You have have lost much more than I did!

20lbs is the absolute max my doc wants people to lose the first month. Needless to say, that is a huge success! Nothing to feel blue about.

This is not a diet it is a lifestyle for life...its not magic but you actually lost a LOT of weight...get yourself ready though it will be less each month until it levels off. Mine was about 5-6 pounds a month but it turned out all good! Its not a race but at this point youre winning anyway!
