Giving me spontaneous, uncontrollable diarrhea (like water). Any suggestions for protein supplement? I've got 2 more weeks of fluids.

Try Muscle Milk light. it doesn't have that protein taste.

As far as the runs,,, well it's water in, and water out. you can't change that, unless you thicken it up.

Try another brand. There is one brand that reacts like that with me. I use 100% whey from costco (made by Muscle Milk) and Jay Robb brands. Neither of them sends me running to the bathroom.

Vitamin Shoppe and Whole Foods both sell several of the Jay Robb varieties in single serve packs, so you can try one before committing.

Good luck.

try something without dairy. some people may not be sensitive to milk products while on their regular diet but when the diet is altered it can cause you to be more sensitive to it . i experience this myself and i have opted to blend my protein powder with almond milk or soy milk

Did this happen on or about the 3rd day of drinking it ?

i found that powdered protein mix that you mix with milk causes a bit of gas and blocks me up a little. however i found that if i drink "Boost" protein drink it doesnt cause probs. it comes in little bottles , near the diabetic supplies. it comes in strawberry, choc and vanilla and its very good. keep in mind some people (like me)get diareaha and stomach prob when you have anytjing sugar free because its made with fake sugars that can cause your probs. make sure you read the labels closely on "sugar free" items. good luck !!

Ebay has Muscle Coupons save $6.00 limit 2 on RTD, at Costco's

Just type in Muscle Milk, and keep scrolling down, you might have to go threw a page or 2.

It's at $1.95 Free Shipping.

For you people who get it at Costco's this is a buy.

If interested.

I agree try something without milk, you might not be able to handle that right now

this too shall pass!
