ok Why don't you try watering it down.. Just so you can get it into your system? I know watering it down will not get rid of the taste, but the thickness will be gone.. You really do have to suck it

I like the Optifast 800 shakes. They are made by Nestle and they taste good (and I hate most Protein shakes too). They are expensive. Enough for 2 weeks will run almost $300. I like the EAS shakes too
hi, i need help!
I got banded on dec 14th and i am having issues with drinking Protein shakes!
I tried all different types but i cant seem to get any down without gagging!
My doctor told me to do liqiuds for the first 2 weeks but the problem is if i dont
drink the Protein shake then i feel weak and not full!
i need suggestions on what to do because i feel like i am losing my mind!
everyone tells me to be a big girl and just drink the Protein shakes but the thought of it makes me gag!
I am very sensetive to these things and i really tried but i just cant do it.
please help!!!!
