Not a good week 242 this morning up 3 pounds from last week. Between eating a bunch of crap this week, too much partying on the weekend, the flu and a gout attack it has been a pretty bad month. Not only that but I haven't met any of my other goals for the month. Oh well no use looking back, time to get on track for the "It's a Brand New Year Challenge" next month.

I'm at 243! I remained the same this week, which is really quite an accomplishment considering how utterly difficult it has been. My county job has closed its doors and we are transitioning our agency to a private company, so stress has been sky high! There has been baby showers, Christmas parties, Christmas cookies.... you name it! And I have been guilty of some indulgence. So even though I am not posting a loss this week, I feel it was quite a successful week. I am off from Christmas to New Year, so I hope to get some good exercise in and keep myself busy so I hope to be able to post a loss next week!

290 this week. Down 2 more pounds this week. I could have lost more if I didn't eat some holiday chocolates this week. Much, much less than I would've in the past, but still did indulge. I guess that is what this is all about. Moderation but not denial.

A very happy and healthy holiday to all.

230 - up 2 lbs. Indulged, too much salt for the last 2 days (eating out) AND needing a fill. Not a good combination. Called for a fill app't and they won't see me until next week. Unfortunately, I'm out of town that day. So I wait another week. Gotta grin and bear it. I CAN do it!

Checking in. No loss :(

So disappointed. Stayed at 192.5.

Unfortunately I waited till the last minute to get ready for Christmas, so I have been spending the week running around instead of getting to the gym.

Hoping for a loss this next week.

Terri.

kkf1979 checking in at 245.2 up 0.6 from last week. I am not surprised considering the fact that i didn't work out for a whole week, and i was far from good with my food choices. Anyways no point whining time to get back on track.

Agnes checking in here...

This week weighed in at 180. Down 3 from last week I believe. So now all I need to do is lose 2 to meet my goal for this challenge. I think I can do it even with Christmas thrown in there.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
