I have had the band a week so take what I can purely from research and NOT experience.

But do you have restriction? If not, get a fill.

Stay away from slider foods and track what you eat.

I don't think you need to deprive yourself, but count those calories and make sure you have restriction. That's what the band is for, to help you not overeat. But it can't keep you from slider foods.

Good luck!

There is an article on this site called "5 day pouch test", look in searchbox or check Google. A number of people have used this to

get back on track, you might give it a try, it's free and just might help you.

It's really hard to get back on track once you've fallen off the side of the road. the best thing I can do is wake up in the morning and start over, track every single bite, and remind myself that it's gonna take a few days for all that sugar I've been eating to get out of my system. Good luck!

One of the worst things you can do is berate yourself for a slip; this just beats you down and makes you feel worse. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again. We are human and we make mistakes. Make a conscience decision every morning that you are worth more than the food. You are in control not the food. Every time you get a craving for something bad, get some water and drink it. Good luck to you.

We would all love to eat just junk, who wouldnt if it was OK, it is not OK!!!!!!! did not go threw all this and spend good money to not do good!!!!!!!!!

Your human we all fall off. Just get back on the program. Every day is a new day. Put yourself first! You will feel better once you start to lose again. I just fell off the exercise wagon the last 4 wks. But good news I still lost weight and now back to working out to kick it up a notch! We will support you! Moving is tough! Stay strong & focused! Try a food diary to get back on track & 30 mins of exercise. Keep us posted!
