Body Lift ! Told My Trainer

Hi All well getting a bit closer to my Body Lift on Nov 1st. My PCP is sending my lab work today and EKG to the PS Today. Only a few issues, cholesterol a bit high (237) but at least my Good was in the normal range and one of the liver tests AST was a bit High 66. He wants to recheck in 4 months and do a more complete cholesterol test to see the fat in blood etc.

I advised my Gym to put my membership on hold as of Nov 1st, than I told my Trainer about the upcoming surgery. I was presently surprise that she was really thrilled for me! I was kind of expecting her to tell me to do more crunches! But she thinks its a great decision. She said not to rush back to the gym and that I should not really be working out until January. (Yes walking etc is OK, but no weights etc until January)

Getting a bit nervous and anxious waiting to hear from the PS to see if he thinks the labs are ok to proceed and than have to schedule my pre op and of course PAY for all of this.

Will keep you advised.

Hi No your not Rude to ask!

The total cost with some chest work is going to be $12,544.

This includes the Surgery, Anesthesia and Facility fee for the surgical suite.

Surgery is done in his surgical suite which I believe is less than Hospital.

I got quotes all different procedures.

Abdominoplasty ( Full) $7,703

Body Lift Only $ 11,144

Bod Lift & Chest $ 12,544

Thanks so much for your answer, I have my pre-op Tuesday so a bit nervous. It seems you did great, and that is quite an accomplishment from a 24 to an 8! I am surprised you went from a 14 to an 8 after the surgery this is really great!

I have been struggling with getting these last few pounds off, it seems to get the scale to move now I have to eat only Protein and water! I was down a bit more and it seems the only area that got smaller is the part they are going to take off with the surgery, Currently I am around 237, my goal is 225. The surgeon says that their is about 10 lbs of Skin and Fat to be taken off so that should put me just around goal.

Would have like to have gotten their before but that's not going to happen and at this point I think I am ready to take the plunge. Would love to hear more about your recovery and your current wt/bmi etc.

Take Care

For all of the decades that weight training has been in existence, I don’t know anyone who has discovered a method to put on fat through training alone. Sorry. The issue is with the nutrition, it has nothing to do with the training. Training simply does not increase body fat. Ask for a refund and find a trainer who knows what they are talking about.

hope u are feeling well i am 4 weeks out and getting into some size 6 and small i am at goal i was double my body weight i dont tnot want to lose anymore with the rest of the swelling i sohould be around 130 and that is small enought i had the skin removed all the way around they cut we total into then sewed me back together that why i lost so many inches it was like i had a intertube on.. i am having the pulling and still not up to speed but i will get there. hope all went well with u and keep us posted
