Had my surgery on 9/21, and they also had to do a hiatal hernia repair. Everything seems to be going fine, except that I keep getting short of breath. Has anyone experienced this?

Are you using your Incentive Spirometer they gave you after surgery? It really does help you take a deep breath, keep those lungs popped open and prevent pneumonia and atelectasis. hope it gets better for you. if not, call your doctor.
