I eat breakfast, then it's liquids afterwards for the rest of the day. The next day I'm on regular diet.

I was told nothing 3 hours prior

you shouldn't eat withing a couple of hours before your fill, then mushies the rest of the day, after the fill. Regular food the next day. (that's my dr's orders)

Ask your doctor. They're all different. Mine says its OK to eat before then liquids 12-18 hours after.

yeah, you can eat before you go. i do. i make my appts after lunch and i eat something a couple of hours before i go in. i just have liquids after for 24 hours, then mushies for 24 more hours, then i can have solids again.

I have my first fill in 2 weeks. I was given a morning appointment and told not to eat anything after midnight the night before. If I wanted an appointment later in the day I was told I needed to fast before hand.

It's interesting how so many Dr.'s are So different in how they do things.
