Trying to figure out if I should get a fill

Hello everyone. I have an appointment for a fill tomorrow but I think I might cancel it. I was banded May 25 th and got a my first fill of 1.5 cc in June. I weighed 259 on the fill date. I currently weigh 241. So I have been losing weight. The problem is, my will power is so strong that I think Im controlling what I put in my mouth.(if that makes any sense) Some days I can fill a little restriction but most days I don't and just follow the rules of the band and don't overeat whether Im satisfied or not. I can tolerate all foods except thick breads.Which Im okay with. If Im not sitting at home bored, I can go 4 hours without eating. I guess what Im asking is should I hold off on a fill till I really need it or get a small fill so I don't feel like I have to work so hard. Thanks for you help!

I have the same concern. I have an appointment for tuesday, I am 4 weeks (8/15)post op. I am losing weight (of course not as fast as I would like) and feel restriction at 1 cup of food. I am never hungry and feel the best I have ever felt. My ban was regular size and no fill what so ever. Do you think it could be possible I may never need a fill? Or at least not for 2 more weeks? Right now i am in a good way. I think I'll put it off until after my trip it will be 6 1/2 weeks at that time.
