I have hit ONEderland for the first time in 25 years.
:)
:)
. .no one could possibly understand how good this feels. I was banded in 11/09 and it took me this long to loose 50lbs. . . I have 50 more to go. I ate grits on Saturday and by Sunday I was not holding down much of anything, including the Clear liquids. Tried to tough it our myself, (stayed on clear liquids for 2 days) but realized I was vomiting A LOT, so I called my doc. He's a very careful surgeon and decided to deflate me and let me heal. He will put some back in on Sept. 12th under flouro. Please say a pray for me that I don't blow up like a ballon till then. It took us almost a year to find the "sweet spot" and now it's gone. Fortunetly, I'm smaller and I feell like walking/jogging more, so I hope I will stay close to ONEderland.
This has NOT been an easy journey, but I'd walk EVERY SINGLE STEP AGAIN, to get these 50lbs gone. Now, to go to the other half of the race.
(hugs!)
