I am so sorry for your loss. I too lost my mother to cancer. Ill bet your mother was very proud of your weight loss. One of the last things my mother said to me was when are you going to get that weight off. Im sure meant it with love, even though she always had something to say about my weight. So after she passed I used the little money she left me to have my band put in. Self pay here and I would never have been able to afford it with out her. It helps me to think how proud of me she would be. So again I am sorry for your loss. She is looking down from heaven and smiling at your wonderful weight loss. God bless.

Happy Birthday to you and your new best friend.

My best Christmas present and NSV was getting up yesterday for Church, and putting on a regular size 14 pair of jeans ( a little big) and a cute VS top. Then I put my super cute Victoria Secret hoodie with angle wings on the back, borrowed my daughters super cute scarf. And off to Mass I went, it felt so good..... I am truley blessed to have made it this far. Thank you God and band for helping me get here.

Amanda , You look great. I am so happy for you. That is a good price. Did you get both tummy and Breast done at the same time? Glad you are doing so well.

Great post! Today I will get all my water in no carbs this week. No wine this week. My goal is to loose 30 LBS by 3-11-12. My 2 band anaversary. Its gonna be tough. But today is monday and a new opportunity to start fresh. Lets do this.

I have not told hardly anyone. My husband daughter and 2 of my friends. I just dont want people to know. I think you would be ok to get a fill as the first few fills realy dont make a huge difference at least mine didnt. My Dr. sorta snuck up on my fills. I am wondering the same thing about getting one before the holiday. My band has been very fickle one day nothing gets stuck and the next it does. Hmmmm what to do. Good luck with your discision let us know how it goes for you.

I do Zumba find a good instructor I love it so much when I first started I could barely make it through an hour now its pretty easy it's fun sexy and judgement free try it I promise you will love it

Great for you. How did you start running? I have always wanted to be a runner. I do a ton of Zumba but I think I need to mix it up. I would like to lift weights and run. When is the 5K?

I was looking at some pictures on my I phone that were taken this weekend at the lake and when I enlarged one of them of my girl friend and I I did not recognize myself I had to look to See if it was really me. I showed it to my daughter and she said is that you mom? I loved it I have not liked a camera or a picture of myself in 15 years. Banded 3/11/10
