I have been doing great losing weight up to this last 2 months. I have done it pretty easily without counting calories, protein or really even exercising. I'm frustrated that I'm within 20 pounds or so of goal and only have lost maybe 5 pounds in the last 2 months, so I'm biting the bullet and finally going to start exercising. I needed to anyway because my thighs are kinda jiggly
I thought I couldn't exercise because I was too lazy, but I went to Cheyenne Frontier Days this last weekend to see Jason Aldean, and we probably walked 10miles through the weekend. Plus we sat in the nosebleed section and went up and down about 15 times. I felt so good after the weekend that I decided I'm physically ready to do this. I live a quarter mile from the Scotts Bluff National Monument which is full of great hiking trails. My favorite is the Saddle Rock trail which goes to the top. I haven't hiked the trail for years because it is classified as strenuous. It is 1.6 miles up and 1.6 miles down and the summit is 435 feet high, so it is a leg burner up and a calorie burner down. I'm feeling great doing this and hope it gives other people encouragement to start exercising. Good luck to everyone!!!
