Hi everybody !
So after reading a article on web md about the amounts of lead and arsinic in muscle milk, ( i really dont believe it to be that bad at all)but it did get me going on the idea of maknig my own. I have to say i am lazy when it comes to making shakes so i know this has to be real easy or ill be right back to my 100 cal easy easy's. I also usually dont eat my bf shake till noon or so, so i need to change my eating time around to make this fit in to a am thing.
but here is what ive created !
1 cup low fat soy milk, any flavor i use vanilla
1 bananna
3 strawberries
ice cubes
CVS brand why protien packet either choc or vanilla
magic bullet
this is about 365 cal and 30 protien
i did add a chobani champion honey nanna yogurt ( child size) to it a few times for some more protien, it bumped my calories up a bit but it was really good, and filing
I use myfitnesspal and it is also on there!
Just wanted to share! =)
