Did your shoe size change with weight loss?

As I gained large amounts of weight my shoe size went from a 9 to an 11. I am only 2 weeks into this lapband journey but I am wondering if your shoe size changed after you lost a lot of weight.

Yes! I went from an 8 1/2W or 9 to an 8 AND my knees don't hurt anymore so I can wear heels for the first time in years!!

It happened - after losing over 60 pounds - I bought a new pair of shoes and had to get 1/2 size smaller than normal! Yea I love it when I find a new place that is skinnier! it beats the heck out of the years I spent going to the closet and finding everything I wanted to wear was too small.

I have nice pair of dress shoes I bought this summer and they are too big now, they slip off my feet. Guess that's a NSV but will need to buy new shoes too :).

I went from an 8w to a 7 medium width

It's funny how we celebrate moving onto smaller sizes in clothes but bemoan having to give up shoes! I am just thankful that handbag size doesn't matter. That is my personal obsession.
