Anyone out there that has over 150 pound to loose ?

So I am at around 4003's ( and i can't believe I am broadcasting this ). I looked in the mirror last night after showering and I thought "OMG ! what have I done to myself" I cant believe I let myself go this far. I know there are a lot of ladies but are there any men that have had this much weight to loose ? I would love to hear your stories / advice.

I have been approved by the insurance company and am just waiting to get a surgery date.

    I'm not a guy and I didn't need to lose 150lbs (120lbs or so) but I will say that men generally lose faster, so you do have something on your side. You may find more responses in the men's forum here.
