lose skin after weight loss?

hey guys... i'm curious.

Did anyone notice that after weight loss you have lose/excessive skin? I was just banded on 2/16/11, so i have not lost anything extreme but I'm just worried that when i lose the 100lbs i want to lose... that i will be all saggy. I'm only 24 but i am so scared that my skin will be lose.;)

Yeah when you lose 100 there will be some saggy skin, but you are still very young so it should bounce back well. Just remember to exercise, and compression shirts/shorts are awesome lol.

Yep, you'll have it, or at least some. Working out and weightlifting has helped me a bunch though I am saved up for a TT.
