super bloated from fluids in the hospital

I came home from the hospital saturday, surgery was friday. I am so bloated from IV fluid that I couldnt fit into any of my clothing. has anyone else had this, how long does it last?

    Its also the gas they put in you. I felt so huge after surgery. Just walk as much as you can. Shouldn't last too long. It is uncomfortable but it passes quickly.
