How did all the December 6 and 7th bandsters do!?!

How did everyone's surgery go on Monday and Today? Mine went well, I think the hardest part was waking up when I was super confused! A little soarness and tenderness around where the port is, but it's not excatly painfull. I was begging for Water when I woke up but they wanted to see my swallow on the xray first. Now all is well. Sitting her sipping on some broth. No shoulder gas pain YET.

Hope everyone is feeling great!!!

I am feeling pretty sore and I did have some gas pains but it didn't last long. I hated the feeling of waking up as well and I was DYING of thirst! I had some vegetable juice warmed up earlier and it tasted pretty good to me! I can't wait to start losing! Yay for our new beginning!!

I don't know if guys had a hernia repair as well but I did and man oh man were my shoulders in pain!!! I won't lie I was expecting 'gas' pains but not like what I expected. nevertheless, I told my nurses and the situation went away eventually. I find the more I move the better I feel. day 2 and staying strong tongue.gif
