Is it alright to post a web site thatas a recipe bk ?

Is it alright to post the web site for a cook book? I purchased mine from the author(whom is a Bariatric dietitian).I had surgery in Oct. 2008.I have lost 104 lbs.I'm maintaining the weight.I t was my goal to be at 124lbs. But,I actually am at 119lbs.I'm very happy with the results. GOD Bless everyone!
