Day 8 of Pre-Op Diet, Down 12 lbs

Is it safe to say that those 12 lbs are water weight? How much water weight can you possible have! lol

I'M SURE 12LBS ARE WATER WEIGHT, BUT DON'T SELL YOURSELF SHORT. AS LONG AS THEIR GONE, WHO CARES. THATS THE LAST OF THEM AND YOUR ON YOUR WAY TO THE NEW YOU. JUST THINK WHEN YOU HAVE RESTRICTION, YOU WILL BE DOING EVEN BETTER.

GIVE YOURSELF A PAT ON THE BACK AND STICK WITH IT. I SURE DON'T HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS, BRT I WILL HELP YOU IF I CAN.:thumbup:

Hm, who knows. I think I attributed 10 of my 20 pound loss preop to water weight, but you can never know for sure. I'm bad about that - sometimes I think about what I've lost and I'm like, "eh, the majority of it is water weight", but obviously its not :thumbup: Just be happy its gone :( Congrats!
