Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor Need a buddy in pa

i was banded on august 16th !! I have had one fill i have lost about 25 pounds !!! now i am getting frustrated!!! I mean i know it is a slow loss .... please someone help:tt1:.. I want to see how everyone copes with eating..this all new to mee!!! I want to learn as much as possible:tt1:

    where in pa are you from ??? I am glad the holidays are almost over !!

    i am getting a little frustrated i have had three fills and i do not have a ton of restriction

    i am back on my plan tomorrow !!! so i feel like it is not working like it should!!! but i know they

    want to take it slow!! I ate stuff i prob should not have !!!!ugggggg
