Fair Oaks Lap Band Seminar

Better safe than sorry. Thats why I went to a licensed nutritionist, I didnt want any :censored: from my insurance co. when it came time to review my case.

I am going to my PCP every month (required) and seeing a nutritionist every month (for good measure). This way that requirement is covered backwards and forwards. :)
