Maybe a silly and yet very complicated question. I have been doing great with dropping pounds every month- down 110 pounds and now I cant get that freaking scale to budge. I am in the gym for 2 hours a day, an hour of cardio and an hour of strength training. Bumped up my exercise and still no relief on the scale. Went back to tracking my intake and found that on average I am only taking in about 600 calories a day. I am staying lo fat and lo carb and getting my 60+grams of protein. But, is the fact that I am taking in so little, the reason I am not losing???
So frustrated with this, I am busting my ass and the stupid scale isnt showing it.
I jogged 10 miles yesterday but I cant get the scale to drop a pound:-(
