So I was banded on Aug 31 and up until today I've just had normal pain with incision sites and the pain latest longer then I thought it would. But I also had a hernia repaired during surgery so not sure if thats why. Today I went for a short walk and was fine. THen this afternoon when my step daughter out riding her scoo ter as I was walking with her the pain started and it was a very sharp and uncomfortable feeling , that comes and goes. I think it maybe be port pain?? I wanted to see if anyone had same pain, before I called the doctors on the weekend. I'm going Monday to get my staples removed. I'm hoping the pain will be gone before then because I can't take it anymore. Thanks in advance for any advice or thoughts.

I'm not sure what to tell you except if it's that painful I would call your doctor. Maybe they can prescribe some pain medicine to get you through until Monday.
