I was in need of some encouragement this morning.

I was in need of some encouragement this morning so I found a pic I had taken several years ago that I actually thought looked. Then I had my wife take a pic this A.M. at about the same angle. Man did I get the encouragement I was looking for! What I journey it has been so far. I am half way there! Take a look at what I saw this morning!

The first pic is the one I thought looked good, followed by this mornings picture.

You look great!! You have a lot of reasons to be giddy; look how far you've come. You can definitely tell that you've dropped weight. Pictures are always a great way to really see the improvement that you've made. Congrats and keep on pushing!

Thank you guys for the kind words.

Congratulations. I should do something like this as its been 2.5 yrs now for me and -140 lbs and with another 60 lbs to go, I tend to pick at my flaws and lack of fast progress now as compared to remembering the original me picture!
