New to the site, but not new to the Lap-Band

Hello,

My name is Cat. I am 23 years old and I had the lap-band surgery in July of 2007. So I am 3 years out from my surgery. I started out at a weight of 332 (which was my highest) and now I am down to 230 today. I just wanted to say that this is a great idea and I wish i knew about it when I first had the surgery because I probably could have used some help. Well I have been through so many ups and downs throughout this surgery and post surgery. So if anyone is in need of advice or even just someone to talk to I am here 100%.
