Isopure - zero carb or low carb -- liquid or powder

My question is about Isopure. I am really looking at purchasing a couple of tubs from GNC because they are almost half off right now. I am drinking the Isopure Low Carb Dutch chocolate (2 scoops mixed with water) and I really do enjoy it.

Are you using the powder form or pre-mixed bottles?

Are you doing the low carb or zero carb.

What is your favorite flavor?

Were you instruction to use or not too use a certain one during post-op or pre-op?

Thanks for your input.

Cathy
