I was Banded on 8/17/10 and have had absolutely no hair loss , in fact my hair is super healthy! Hair loss is usually a concern of sleeve and bi-pass patients.

    Hello,
There are many times i get frustrated as well. A few things i have learned along the way are
    1. you don't always lose weight ,but may lose inches
    2. you can and do plateau
    3. Your stomache is the size of a egg now so eat according to that size. Protein first!
    4. its a long journey and takes a year and a half for lapbanders to catch up with bypass patients.
    hope this helps,
    Jennifer

Not funny and immature to say the least. How about putting on your bigboy or girl undies and tell the truth...Its not that hard to celebrate weight loss. As losing a parent and two Grandparents to Cancer its hard not to be upset.
