Pre op exam yesterday went well

I'm down 15 lbs in 3 weeks and everything is a go for the 25th. Supposed to be on liquids only these last 2 weeks but I can't do it. I get dizzy, light headed, very hungry so I've been eating small salads and baked fish :smile2: I go as far as I can without solid food but I'm just not gonna pass out from not eating.

I teach classes on line and I'm so light headed I can teach without a Protein Bar or salad.

Thx,

dave

Congratulations on your big pre-op loss! The 25th will be here before you know it.

I can't say I blame you on the liquids thing. You'll have plenty of liquids POST surgery.... I think it's cruel to make you do it 2 weeks beforehand, too! I only had to do liquids for 2 days pre-op, and that was rough.

Thanks Christie :smile2:

I honestly think the doctors know that people are gonna eat some solid food in the last 2 weeks. They only tell you "liquid only" so you will give it your best shot.

Thx,

dave
