Golf and the Band Questions

I have been about 60 days since my Band with No Complications to speak of. I went Golfing last week and I have a little muscle pain that persisted under my ribs on the left side. It is were I "imagine" my banded part of my stomach is. The day after I golfed I got a small fill, which seemed to increase the muscle pain in that area.

My question is if a Golf Swing like Motion can do any damage to the band itself and the tubes it is attached too. Maybe I am being paranoid, but all of my other muscle pain has completely subsided.

I have been playing since about 3 weeks after surgery with out any discomfort.

I was Banded 2 weeks ago today. I played 9 holes yesterday afternoon with no problem. I plan on playing a few more today. The Doc Cleared me Thursday for any activity that I felt like doing.

The Doc Told me that the band would not hinder me in any activity that I wanted to do.

I was told that I could play golf two weeks post op. Run and lift weights at four weeks. Hold off on ab work until six weeks. And at anytime if something hurts - stop doing it.
