I'm in DFW now. How can I join the group without using a facebook account. Most of my friends do not know I have a band and would like to continue to keep it private.

Is it gonna be in Keller? We are in Forth Worth. My husband & I have both been banded & went to our first meeting last week. We loved it!

No Facebook is required. However, in order to see the forum and calendar, you do have to register on Do something, Learn something, Share something, Change something - Meetup.com. It is free.

I want to try and keep it central to the Metroplex. I technically live in Fort Worth myself because I am within 2 miles on I35W.

Face to face meetings are great. Angst and miscommunication sometimes occur online because emotion can be lost in the printed words of a forum.
