Day 4 of pre op and I'm starting to feel OK now :)

The first 3 days were hell. Constant headache, light-headed, weak as puppy pee.

Yesterday I started drinking some coffee with Splenda and skim milk and that helped a lot. Now that I've got a good "food" schedule figured out I think I'll be OK.

I'm sure my body was/is going thru shock also.

I've lost 7 lbs. so far (3 full days) on my pre op diet :(

dave

your diet looks a lot like mine except I'm allowed Sugar Free Jello, sugar free popsicles and plain unflavored yogurt. No flavored yogurt at all and no puddings.

I'm finally doing good though! My body has adjusted. I can't wait til band day this Friday.
