i hope this is in the right place. i haven't seen it addressed anywhere. i use to get a terrible rash under the belly roll. i finally found a treatment for it....blue star ointment. it burns really bad for a little bit but if you can put up with that, it's usually gone in a day or so. i found that using deodorant under the roll and under the breasts keeps me from getting the rash in the first place. hope this helps someone else.

I have used creamy Desitin (that's right, diaper rash ointment) to treat my reddened skin under my lower tummy as well as under my breasts and in the V of my groin that I would get from sweating. It works wonders.

Now that I've lost over 70 pounds, I rarely get this any more, but I still have the Desitin on hand just in case.

Sometimes I use clotrimazole cream aka Lotrimin.
