SO I was just thinking I am supposed to go to the Dr. next Wednesday for my appointment and to get my band adjusted if necessary. Only there is a problem, I don't know if I need a fill or not. I have not lost much this month--three pounds to be exact. I am tight in the AM and usually just have a shake for breakfast--it is quick, has a lot of protein grams and keeps me on track since I do not have time to cook in the morning.
I have a mid morning snack of greek yogurt, and then lunch which is usually a salad with an ounce or two of chicken breast, tuna, or some other protein.
Once home from work, I have another snack--maybe hummus and whole wheat pita chips, or cheese cubes and whole wheat crackers.
Dinner consists of 2 ounces of protein, some veggies, some fruit and maybe some mashed potatoes. Totally a cup or less total.
If my protein needs help I add another scoop of powder to 4 oz. of water to keep the grams up to prevent hair loss.
I do not have to cut things up really small, but I do find I get mildly stuck on occasion. Usually if I eat too fast or am distracted by talking and swallow before chewing totally. I have never PB'd, but I have slimed a bit.
So what do you all think? Am I almost at my sweet spot, but not quiet there yet or am I just not eating the proper things to help me lose weight? I am exercising at least three times per week for 1.5 hours at the gym (cardio and weights) and one or two days of just walking for about two miles. I will go to my scheduled appt. on Wednesday, but just wanted an idea about if I should get another fill or not. Currently there are 5 cc's in my 10cc band.
